What does it mean to be wild? What makes something or someone WILD. What makes someones actions or in some cases mistakes WILD?

Is having a 2 foot Mohawk haircut Wild?
Is Barrack Obama being the president Wild?
Would people dying from plastic surgery be considered wild too?
What about genocide occurring all over the world and its 2009. is that not Wild?
How bout everyone nailing A Rod to the cross for taking steroids. is that not wild? what would u expect baseball players use to take steroids like candy.
Its shocking how Mary Jane and her green self has not been legalized yet? That is wild. I know one person in my world that has not at least tried it once.
Is it not WILD that western civilization changed the whole world with a gun and ambition?

Ad Astra Per Aspera

So I just recently got this crazy tattoo done on my arm. My girl Ace hooked it up like crazy. However, everyone can't seem to understand what the words Ad Astra Per Aspera mean?! I spent 4 years of High School reading those words everyday. They basically stuck in my head permanently. See I'm one of those dreamers who feels "dream big or don't dream at all." I spend everyday reaching for more, I spend everyday observing my surroundings, searching for that little nitch to take me where I want to go.
